We charge a standard flat fee to diagnose the problem, called a “Diagnostic Charge”. This covers our cost of time and operations for our fully trained technician to visit your home or business, find the problem, and provide a quote for repair.
Our technician will explain each recommended AC repair. Our repairs are “flat rate”. That means that every repair we perform falls into standard tiers, each tier having its own flat price. At Comfort A/C we always want you to feel confident in your decision, so we will answer every question you have about the repair options and explain the pros and any cons. In general, we aim to provide the option of a permanent solution and an alternative quick-fix solution. You decide what’s best for you and your family, and we won’t repair the system until you have given us your approval.
To summarize, our repairs will be Diagnostic Charge + Approved Flat-Rate Repair Fee = Total Price You Pay. There are no other hidden fees or sneaky add-ons. Just straightforward pricing, the way it should be.
