Planned HVAC Maintenance in Hokes Bluff

Residential AC System Maintenance and Service

Have you ever looked at your vehicle’s maintenance schedule? At a minimum, you’re probably familiar with the concept of getting oil changes regularly and deeper services every 20,000 miles. It surprises most homeowners to learn that HVAC units have a maintenance schedule, too! Planned maintenance is critical to the longevity of your heating and cooling system… but you know how it goes. Out of sight, out of mind.

That’s why we offer planned maintenance agreements. When you become a member of our Planned Maintenance program, our team here at Comfort A/C will take care of all the remembering for you. We track what maintenance your air conditioner and heater requires and when it is needed. When it’s time for service, we will connect with you to schedule a visit. It’s that simple.

At Comfort A/C, we strongly believe that scheduled maintenance is crucial to a safe and healthy home.

Planned Maintenance Agreements

With a dedicated maintenance routine, you’ll get three main benefits:

Health & Comfort

Your HVAC system is tied to your family’s health and wellness. When your air conditioner isn’t working properly, it may exacerbate health conditions because of temperature swings, humidity changes, filtration problems, and stress. With planned maintenance you can live with comfort and  peace of mind, guaranteed.

Maintain Warranty

Did you know that regular service is required to maintain the manufacturer’s warranty on your air conditioner or furnace? It’s true. We often have to deliver the news that the manufacturer have denied a warranty claim because of failure to maintain the equipment. With our planned maintenance program, you’ll have the proof you need to show your equipment has been serviced and maintained by a licensed HVAC professional.

Improved Operation

Maintenance can make a system operate like new. And for your HVAC, the operational benefits are plentiful. First, a well-maintained unit will operate more smoothly, meaning it will consume less energy to do the same amount of work. Second, HVAC systems with regular maintenance will last longer. You can extend the life of your HVAC system – delaying replacement by several years or more.

Planned Maintenance Visit – What’s Included?

If you’ve never had a certified HVAC technician come to your home for maintenance, you may wonder what all we’d do during a visit.

Service members receive extra services complimentary as a thank you.  Our planned maintenance members benefit from our no breakdown guarantee. If your air conditioner or heater breaks down within a month after we’ve completed planned maintenance, we’ll apply the cost of your membership to the repair.

HVAC Maintenance Beyond Filter Replacement

Replace your filters? Great! But your system needs more. We want to keep your HVAC system working in peak performance for as long as possible. Keeping your air conditioning and heating system on a regular, planned maintenance schedule is critical for reliable system operation.
